If you had just swam 2.4 miles... just come up over "the wall" portion of your 112 mile bike ride... and were mentally gearing up for your grueling 26 mile marathon in 95 degree heat... isn't this who you'd want to see:


he also had a pom pom. it was pink. we were supporting Derek's sister who has been battling breast cancer for a year now. It was an amazing and inspiring day to see these athletes. Not inspiring enough to make me want to compete next year... but I will definitely be back to pass out Poweraid.
