I have found a new love. It may sound silly to love and apple I know. But this is a new apple. No ordinary apple. It is a Honeycrisp. Crisp, juicy, tart, sweet, everything a perfect apple should be. These are a new "breed" I guess. They are REALLY expensive ( on sale like $2/ lb) but totally worth it. I'll never be satisfied by another apple again- seriously. I made homemade caramel and as I dipped every slice and savored every bite, I was in another world. A better world.

I went to safeway the day after I read this blog and got some-I have to say, they taste like candy!! Not really, but they are way good. Easton won't quit eating them. I bought them for me, but I have only eaten a couple slices-the rest have gone to the boys. YUMM-O!
