disclaimer: I have to vent about a little no-- BIG pet peeve of mine. I guess this is the place for it . . .
I understand that it is cold/flu/allergy season but I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE SPIT LEWGIES ON THE SIDEWALK!!! It is the rudest, grossest thing ever. I do NOT want to see your PHLEGM people! Get a drink- go to the bathroom- good HECK SWALLOW!!! Please! Common courtesy! It is so disgusting! Derek thinks it is sick to swallow- I agree, but it is so rude to hack up a big spit wad onto the sidewalk. Just plain sick and rude. When did this start? Why do people do it and think it's OK? Nobody wants to see it. Let's just all keep our bodily fluids inside and not expel them onto public places OK? It makes me gag. Sickoes.

I agree. Whatever happened to common courtesy? However, it is better than the pet droppings that litter all the sidewalks in Italy. Seriously, that was disgusting!
Oh girl, I couldn't agree more. It is disgusting when people spit period. I have noticed an increase in this nasty habit lately and it is NOT making me happy.
You'll be happy to know I spit my Phlegm into my napkin and threw it into the trash today rather than spit in on the ground!!!! I think it is disgusting too, what a gross sound and habit! EEEWWWWWWWWW SICK!
I agree. I feel a little sick just thinking about it. Thanks for bringing it up. What a great way to start my day...contemplating other peoples spit.

ya so if i saw someone do it i think i'd just throw up right there! maybe they'd always remember that and think twice about how gross it was! haha
so im so excited about the ikea finds! and i even found the cutest bookcase from ikea on craigs and got it today. operation make room for baby is on its way! thanks for ALL your help! you are the best ever!
